Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heritage Gardens rice. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at contact@heritagegardensus.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your rice is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@heritagegardensus.com so we can make it right. We'll replace damaged or incorrect orders at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Because rice is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened bags for food safety reasons. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific order, please get in touch.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different variety, return your unopened item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@heritagegardensus.com.
