Four Generations of Rice. One Family's Promise.

This isn't a brand that was dreamt up in a boardroom. Heritage Gardens started the way the best things do — around a family table, over a bowl of rice.

35 Years of Growing Excellence

Our family has been growing rice in the foothills of the Himalayas for over 35 years. In Pakistan's Hunza Valley — one of the most pristine agricultural regions on earth — our farming families cultivate basmati and specialty rice varieties using methods passed down through generations.

The altitude, the glacial meltwater, the mineral-rich soil — these aren't marketing words. They're the actual conditions that make our rice taste different from anything grown on flat commercial farmland.

From Earth's Promise to Heritage Gardens

You might have known us as Earth's Promise. Same family, same rice, same values — but when we looked at where we wanted to take this brand, we realized it needed a name that reflected our roots. Heritage isn't just a word to us. It's the generational knowledge our farmers carry. It's the land they tend. It's the promise that what worked for our grandparents will work for our grandchildren.

Why We're Different (And Why It Matters)

🔬

Tested for Safety

We test every batch for arsenic and heavy metals — and we publish the results. Our white basmati rice tests at 40–60 PPB inorganic arsenic — among the lowest published numbers in the U.S. rice market.

🌾

Seed to Shelf Control

This isn't a trading company that sources from anonymous suppliers. Our family works directly with the farming communities that grow our rice. We know the fields. We know the farmers.

☀️

Solar-Powered Processing

Our milling facility currently operates at 30% solar energy, and we're on track for 100% by the end of 2026. We practice water-conscious farming and minimize chemical inputs.

More Than Rice — It's Impact

A portion of every purchase supports community programs in the regions where our rice is grown. These aren't abstract charitable donations — they're investments in the people who make Heritage Gardens possible.

From Our Family to Yours

We started Heritage Gardens because we believed that the rice our family grew — the rice we fed to our own children — was too good not to share. Every bag carries that belief. Thank you for trusting us with your table.
